Recent Developments

James and I have been working on our loft, slowly but surely.  I have been helping James as a kind of "apprentice" who puts nails in the wrong places, or bends them and then can't get them out.  It's been a lot of fun.  We are almost done framing this spot under the window, and when that's finished we can drywall the whole space and then paint and then put in hardwood or laminate floors!

However, due to recent developments, the plan has changed from it being a laundry room, to something more like this!

But probably not as posh.  And we're just making it a basic room that can be used for anything, but what we put inside will accommodate a little one to be arriving sometime in the middle of November.  We are both very excited that I am PREGNANT!  (13 1/2 weeks along, almost to my 2nd trimester.)

I took a picture of this a while ago after I took the test, I don't still have it, yuck!
